[] iPhoneの「Resize」のfeatureを使用する
1. Launch Image Size from your Home screen.
2. Tap the Image Icon in the upper right corner.
3. Tap the image you would like to resize.
4. Tap Choose in the lower right corner.
5. Select your image resize option at the top of the page.
[] Android phoneにはimage resizeのfeatureはないようです
Image resizeのAppをdownloadして下さい。
[] 通常のcameraの場合、通常image resizeがoptionの中にあります
[] Computerの中でresizeする
Picture managerなどのsoftwareを使う。
ない場合はMicrosoft Paintを使う事が出来ます。
( Microsoft Paintが見当たらない場合は左下のSearch欄に「Paint」とタイプ).
[] 「File」->「Paste」->「Paste From」で写真を引き出す。
[] 「Select」->「Select All」->「Resize」(「Select」の右の真ん中のicon)-->●Pixels-->Horizontalを「1000」-->OK。
* 写真がmonitorからはみ出す場合は右下の青いcursorを(-)方向（左方向）へ。
* 白い余白がある場合はmouseのcursorを余白の右下にあて、左上方向に動かして写真の角まで持って行く（余白がなくなる）
[] 「Save as」->「Save as type」をJPEG ->「File name」を別名で保存。
* Folderの中でその写真を見るとsizeが分かる。
[] それを添付してください。
